Russell Gubler

Mr. Gubler received his Associate’s of Arts in General Studies, with honors, at Community College of Southern Nevada in 2003. In 2004, Mr. Gubler received his B.A. in Political Science, (magna cum laude), at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, and in 2007, Mr. Gubler received his Juris Doctorate, (magna cum laude), from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he graduated in the top 2% of his class. While in law school, Mr. Gubler was the recipient of 7 Certificates of Merit for earning the highest grades in his class in Civil Procedure II, Professional Responsibility, Scholarly Writing, Secured Transactions, Torts II, Trial Skills, and Zoning & Land Use. Mr. Gubler received the prestigious President’s Achievement Award, and was a Managing Associate Editor of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review. Mr. Gubler also received the John D. Voelker Award for most significant contributions to the law review.

Since joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Gubler has represented a variety of clients and focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, real estate, creditor’s rights, collection law, construction law, mechanic’s lien law, and bankruptcy. Mr. Gubler was recently named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine. Mr. Gubler is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts in Nevada and Utah. Mr. Gubler has successfully obtained judgments for the firm’s clients for millions of dollars and has successfully tried cases resulting in judgments favorable to the client.

When not practicing law, Mr. Gubler enjoys running, working in his yard, and spending time with his wife and six children. Mr. Gubler is actively involved in a variety of non-profit community affairs. He is fluent in Russian and is a native of Las Vegas.
